How do I place an order on Yana & Co.?
Browse our collections, select your piece, and click ‘Buy Now’ to proceed to checkout. Your order is confirmed only after payment is completed.

What payment methods do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking to make your checkout seamless. For any assistance or alternate payment options, contact us on WhatsApp or email yana.labdiamonds@gmail.com.
How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Each piece is made to order and takes 21 days to craft with care. After that, allow 2–3 days for complimentary PAN-India shipping.
Need it sooner? Some gifting-ready items in stock can be delivered within 3 days. WhatsApp us for urgent requests.
How safe is the shipping?
Your order is secure and insured every step of the way.
We only work with trusted precious goods carriers like Sequel Logistics and BVC, so your diamonds reach you safely.
Once dispatched, our team will share the proof of dispatch that will have a unique tracking number. You will receive your order within 1-4 business days from the date of dispatch. You can track your delivery status using the unique tracking number.
Do we offer a warranty on our jewellery?
Yes, every Yana & Co. piece comes with our complimentary lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects
If a manufacturing issue is identified, we’ll repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Please note, our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper handling or misuse
- Damage to stones or diamonds
- Loss of components (like diamonds or screws)
- Any damage from unauthorized repairs or alterations.
Returns & Exchange
What is Yana & Co.’s 7-Day Return Policy?
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. That’s why we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If for any reason the piece doesn’t feel right, you may request a return — no questions asked.
Once approved, we’ll process a refund after retaining ₹1,000 per item towards delivery and processing.
What are the conditions for a 7-day return?
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in original packaging, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Include all tags, stickers, the original invoice, and certification
- Be returned in saleable condition
Note: If tags or packaging are tampered with, the return will fall under our Buyback Policy, not the 7-day return.
When is the 7-Day Return Policy not applicable?
Our return policy is not applicable:
- On engraved, personalized, or custom pieces
- If the item has already been exchanged once under the 7-Day Return Policy(Subsequent exchanges are only allowed under our Lifetime Exchange Policy)
What is the return process?
Returning your piece is easy. Here’s how:
- Request a return within 7 days via WhatsApp or email us at yana.labdiamonds@gmail.com.
- We’ll send you reverse pickup instructions.
- Pack the jewellery in its original box with the invoice and certificate.
- Handover the package to our logistics partner.
- Keep a proof of pickup (paper slip, tracking photo, or SMS confirmation).
- Once received, our team will conduct a quality check. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
How is the refund processed?
- For prepaid orders: Amount is credited to the original payment source (UPI/card/net banking).
- If purchased via EMI: 1% of the grand total will be deducted at the time of refund of the initial installment.
- Loss of certificate: ₹2,000 or ₹800/carat (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
Do we offer exchange or buyback options?
Yes, we do. Every Yana & Co. piece is eligible for our Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy — because fine jewelry should always hold value.
You can return your item at any time for exchange or buy-back, based on the prevailing market value, with applicable deductions.
What deductions apply during buy-back or exchange?
We deduct:
- Making charges
- Applicable taxes
- A flat ₹1,000 processing charge
- Any discount or free gift value availed during purchase
- Additional charges in case of lost certificate (₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat, whichever is higher)
What’s the difference between Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange?
Lifetime Exchange
Value Returned: 100% of gold + 100% of diamond value (current market rates)
Payment Mode: Credited to your Yana & Co. account for future purchases (non-encashable)
Lifetime Buy-Back
Value Returned: 100% of gold + 80% of diamond value (current market rates)
Payment Mode: Paid to your bank account within 15 business days
What items are eligible under this policy?
Eligible:
- Diamond jewellery (with original invoice & certificate)
- Plain gold jewellery
- Gold/silver coins
Not Eligible:
- Loose diamonds, baguettes, tapered diamonds
- Polkis, pearls, or colored stones
- Products altered by anyone other than Yana & Co.
- Items purchased from outside Yana & Co.’s official channels
- Products above ₹4,99,999 (for buy-back only)
What documents are needed for exchange or buy-back?
Please return the item with:
- The original invoice
- The authenticity certificate
Loss of the certificate will incur a charge of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat, whichever is higher.
Will discounts or EMI affect my buy-back or exchange value?
Yes. If any discounts, e-points, or offers were used at the time of purchase, their equivalent value will be deducted from the buy-back or exchange amount.
If the product was bought through an EMI plan, any unpaid EMIs will also be deducted.
